JOB DESCRIPTION
We are growing fast and looking to expand our workforce with additional drivers who will assist with a variety of commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, and flexible, with a class 1 drivers licenses and past work experience. Experience operating heavy equipment is also an asset. If you've worked on construction sites, in forestry, the oil industry, or ship yards, we'd love to hear from you. You must take pride in your work, work well with others, and follow directions. You must also be able to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment to meet the needs of the company and the demands of future projects.

FIELD CREW LEAD

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are growing fast and looking to add members to our leadership team who are capable of commanding their own crew on a variety of commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, and flexible. They have multiple years of experience leading a crew of workers in the field and are familiar with safety standards and regulations, and have experience working with regulators and inspectors. They are organized, keep their crew up to speed on training, and hold them accountable for their behavior, work ethic, and overall performance. They have experience hydroseeding and/or operating heavy machinery and equipment such as an excavator, skid steer, tractor, or drill seeder. They have a valid drivers licenses, their own vehicle, and years experience on the road towing trailers and equipment. Experience with landscaping, site reclamation, snow removal, vegetation management, and/or erosion and sediment control is an asset. You must also be willing to learn and advance your skills as necessary by completing the training and certifications required by each project or contract.
